What’s Ajeva?

Ajeva is a financing solution for dental patients needing treatment, specializing in helping people even if they have low FICO scores.

How does Ajeva work?

First you’ll submit an application. We’ll take a look at your entire credit profile, not just your FICO score, and give you a decision.  If underwriting is passed you will review your terms, contract, and pay a 15% down payment.   The funds for your treatment are then sent directly to your dentist.

What procedures are covered?

Any dental related treatment can be financed with Ajeva.

What procedures are not covered?

Non-dental healthcare treatments cannot be financed with Ajeva.

Is there a down payment?

Yes, a 15% down payment will be collected on behalf of your dental office by Ajeva.

What are the interest rates for dental loans?

Interest rates depend on your unique credit profile and state you reside in.  You will be able to review your interest rate on the terms page if you pass underwriting.

I don’t want to pay interest. Is there an option to pay deferred interest?

We don’t offer a zero percent or deferred interest plan yet ; however, you can pay your loan off early without penalty to save money on interest.

What kind of payment plans does Ajeva provide to patients?
All Ajeva terms are decided after underwriting is complete.  Terms include; monthly payment, interest rate, down payment, and origination fee.
How much can I finance?

The total amount you can finance will depend on your individual situation and credit profile. Rest assured, we’ll look at your circumstances holistically and treat you like a human, rather than the 3-digit number many other lenders base their decisions on.

Where can I use Ajeva?

Ajeva can be used at any dental office in our network. If your dentist is not in our network, invite them to contact us to become an Ajeva provider!

How can I apply for an Ajeva loan?

You can apply by clicking here. It’s easy, and it takes just a few minutes.

What information do I need to apply online?

We require basic information for approval: your name, social security number, address, living situation, income, and banking information for automatic payments.

Do I need to choose a dentist before applying?

Yes, Ajeva is currently only available directly through an Ajeva provider.  Please call us for help finding an Ajeva provider in your area. (800) 557-AJEVA (2538)

How long does it take to get a decision?

Decisions are typically made the same day, often within a few minutes.

Can I apply over the phone?

Currently you can only apply for Ajeva online using the Ajeva application link provided by your dental provider.

Will applying affect my credit score?

Applying for Ajeva will create an inquiry on your credit profile.

Can I apply with a cosigner?

Currently Ajeva does not allow a co-signer, however, a friend or family member can take financial responsibility and apply for you.

How does Ajeva keep my personal and banking information safe?

We use state-of-the-art technology and the most secure software, computers, and servers to ensure your personal information will never be compromised.

Can I apply if I’ve had a bankruptcy?

Yes, as long as your bankruptcy has been discharged.

How much can I finance?

The total amount you can finance will depend on the primary applicant’s credit profile, which is determined during the application process.


When will I receive my first billing statement?

Your first statement will be sent to you 7 days before your monthly payment is auto-debited from your bank account.

What will my monthly payments be?

Your payments will be based on the amount financed, your interest rate, and the length of your loan.

How do I find a dentist in my area?

If you don’t already have a dentist, contact us at 1-800-557-AJEVA (2538. We would be happy to connect you to a qualified dentist in your area.

Can I pay off my Ajeva loan before the end of the term?

Absolutely! You will save money on interest this way!

I need to make a payment immediately. What are my options?

You can call an Ajeva Advocate at 1-800-557-AJEVA (2538) for assistance.

Can I access my account or make a payment online?

Currently you will need to make those payments with an Ajeva agent over the phone.  An online payment portal is coming soon!

Can I make a payment at my dentist’s office?

No, payments must be made directly to Ajeva.  You can call an Ajeva Advocate at 1-800-557-AJEVA (2538) for assistance.

My budget is tight this month and I am having problems making my payment. What should I do?

We totally understand. Please call an Ajeva Advocate right away at 1-800-557-AJEVA (2538) discuss possible options.

What if I can’t afford to make my payment one month?

Ajeva is built on the understanding that financial situations occasionally change.  Call an Ajeva Advocate right away at 1-800-557-AJEVA (2538) to work out a solution.

My Ajeva Account

I need to change the phone number and address on my account. Do I have to contact your call center to make this change?

You can call us directly at 1-800-557-AJEVA (2538) to make the updates.

I haven’t received my statement. What should I do?

Give us a call at 1-800-557-AJEVA (2538)  and we’ll verify your information. We can also email you a statement right away.
