Working on Jobs (for Providers)

You agree to the following guidelines while engaged or completing an assignment:
  • Maintain reliable equipment, including computer, internet connection, and other required tools
  • Inform the Buyer if a committed deliverable will be missed, offering an explanation and proposing a revised date.
  • If you are unable to complete the Assignment, alert Ajeva’s Customer Service so that Ajeva is aware of the situation and can offer assistance to the Buyer.
  • Give 2 weeks notification to Ajeva and any affected Ajeva buyers of all leave of absences and scheduled holidays.
  • Respond promptly, within 1 business day, to all Assignment-related communication
  • Utilize the time logging capabilities provided within Ajeva to provide an accurate record of your hours worked.
  • Logging of all time (both online and offline) honestly and accurately
  • Utilize the payment mechanisms provided by Ajeva only.
  • After the Job is completed, leave objective, balanced ratings and feedback.
  • If the job has ended early and regardless of outcome, leave objective, balanced ratings and feedback and report any violation of the feedback policies.
  • Inform the buyer and get written authorization to substitute another provider in place of the one originally selected by the buyer.
  • Treat intellectual property with the utmost care and security
  • Treat all other Ajeva users with respect
