Posting Job Openings
Brief:
Ajeva provides Buyers with ability to request two types of job applications/proposals: fixed bid or hourly. Any registered Ajeva Buyer can post a job opening at any time and it will immediately be made available for review and application by Ajeva Providers depending on the desired visibility.
All job openings that are posted in the Ajeva network are subject to review by Ajeva. If an opening is deemed to be inappropriate for any reason, it may be removed immediately and may result in the suspension or even termination of the User's account.
Policies:
In order to preserve the integrity of the Ajeva open marketplace, while posting a job, you May Not:
- Post a job seeking work as a provider
- Post a job intending any illegal activity
- post advertisements for other businesses, products or services
- Post a job that is discriminatory in any way
- Post a job involving the use of spam-bots, viruses, spyware, or any other products with malicious intent
- Post a job intending activities that violates other websites' Terms of Service
- Include any offensive language or content
- Request fees from Providers for applying or bidding on your assignments
- Offer payment using any method outside the Ajeva billing and Payment system
- Disclose direct contact information (email, phone number, or chat ID) in your job posting, message board, or attachments
- Request providers to send their direct contact information in their job applications/proposals
- Request a clone or 'derivative' of any copyrighted material
Additionally, Ajeva recommends the following guidelines are adopted to increase effectiveness of posting in the marketplace:
- Post Jobs with clear scope, well-defined deliverables and required time frames. If you need help in posting a job, feel free to contact Ajeva's Customer Service.
- Answer clarifying questions from Providers and update the Job description if necessary.
- Accept a proposal only when it has a clear statement of work, well-defined deliverables and milestones, precise timeframes and payment terms.
- Cancel openings if there is no further intent to hire a provider
- Either hire or reject candidates within 7 business days
- Carefully consider and make hire requests
- If the work listed involves adult content, the phrase "(Adult Content)" must be included in the Job Description
