Managing Job Assignments (for Buyers)

In addition to the Posting Job Policies, Buyers also agree to the following items while engaged in active assignments:

Only utilize the payment mechanisms provided by Ajeva. (Refer to the Billing and Payments Policy)

After the Assignment has ended and regardless of the outcome, please leave objective, and balanced ratings and feedback and report any violation of the feedback policies. (Refer to the Ratings and Feedback Policy)

In case any dispute arises, attempt to resolve all conflicts and disputes directly between yourself and the provider first, before contacting Ajeva’s Customer Service. (Refer to the Dispute Resolution Policy)

Ajeva also recommends the following additional guidelines:

Once the job has begun, manage the assignment by regularly reviewing the Work performed by the provider, any submitted Time Logs, interim work, emails and/or any status reports or any other means of communicating progress.

Respond in a timely fashion to requests for additional information, instructions or other clarifying data that will assist the Provider in a timely and effective completion of your job.

Treat all users with respect.

Notify Providers as soon as possible about ending of the job.

Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account. If you are aware of a potential violation, please contact Ajeva’s Customer Service.
