Applying to Job Openings
Brief:
Ajeva allows Providers to submit two types of job applications/proposals: fixed bid or hourly. Any registered Ajeva Provider who has fully completed his/her provider profile, can apply to a job opening.
All job applications/proposals that are posted in the Ajeva network are subject to review by Ajeva. If an application/proposal is deemed to be inappropriate for any reason, it may be removed immediately and may result in the suspension or even termination of the User's account.
Policies:
1. Finding Work through Ajeva
Ajeva strives to provide an open, trusted, rewarding, and challenging workplace for all Providers in the network where each Provider finds exciting work, learning, and collaboration opportunities. However, as a marketplace, Ajeva cannot and does not guarantee work to any Provider. Providers are encouraged to apply to job openings that meet their expertise and experience, and let Buyers know their qualifications for the particular openings.
2. Applying / Proposing to Job Openings
In order to preserve the integrity of the Ajeva open marketplace, while applying to a job, you May Not:
Apply to a job posting that does not follow the Job Posting Policies of Ajeva
Submit proposals or applications that are made with the intent to commit fraud
Submit unreasonably low bids or test bids
Misrepresent skills, experience, portfolio, or time estimates
Disclose direct contact information (email, phone number, or chat ID) in your job application/proposals, attachments or message board posts.
Submit boilerplate, placeholder or generic bids or otherwise spam Buyers and their listings
Offer your services in exchange for good feedback
Accept payment using any method outside the Ajeva billing and payment system
Offer to work in exchange for payment using any method outside the Ajeva billing and payment system
Additionally, Ajeva requires the following guidelines are adopted to increase effectiveness of applying in the marketplace:
Submit an accurate application/proposal reflecting your understanding of the scope of the Assignment and the amount of time/effort you plan to commit in order to provide high Buyer satisfaction
Amend your application/proposal when needed to reflect any changes to price, delivery date or approach, prior to being hired
Only apply or propose to job postings for which you are truly qualified and which you can commit to completing within the Buyer's requested time frame
Always submit a application/proposal customized to address teh specific requests and needs of the job opening
Request clarifications fo scope, deliverables and due dates from Buyers, as needed
Inform the Buyer of your available and normal working hours, expected response times to communications and any planned or potential vacations, holidays or other known work outages
Respond promptly and professionally to messages from the Buyer
