Here are two scenarios:

a. You read a job posting with brief ( and unclear ) job description/requirements as if the client don't know what s/he wants.

b. You're working for the longest time with your freelance client because s/he changes minds or has no definite goals to follow and you're stuck..

How do you deal with these? Thanks!

The first scenario is easy - All you have to do is ask the right questions before even saying YES to the client.

The second scenario feels like you're experiencing the proverbial 'freelancer burnout' and routine work has got you demotivated. As freelancers, we all want to see the completion of projects ( and always hope for a successful one ) and it's super frustrating if you can't seem to move on to new horizons. I guess, you have the prerogative to fire your client then. Your choice. Just make sure you won't regret having to turn to that last resort, if ever.
