You have the passion for your business and yet, it’s taking a toll over your life and your health.  You are in constant stress as workload piles up, burying you beneath.  Not only does your personal life suffers, but those around you as well.  Are you spending too much time away from all the things and people you love?  Do you even have a social life?

2.  Your Employees Keep Missing Deadlines

If your employees can barely keep up with the demand of your customers, it’s high time to ask for extra help.  There’s no use pointing fingers on who’s to blame for all the backlogs.  Do your workers even put up a smile each day at work?  Too much workload can decrease your workers’ morale and their productivity.
